‘No Pain, No Gain’ star talks with ifilm

Iranian actor Kambiz Dirbaz starring in ‘No Pain, No Gain’ says in an ifilm exclusive interview that his role in the series was quite different.

He said to ifilm that the series has a comic theme while he performed one of the most different roles in his acting career

.

The actor also named his part in the series ‘In the Eye of the Storm’ a different role he portrayed as “Nader Irani”.

The actor, however, noted that he is "sometimes doomed to repeat" roles in his works.

Dirbaz also expressed his affection for appearing in Television series, adding he loves TV so much.

Kambiz Dirbaz has a degree in Acting from the Islamic Azad University. 

He began his career with stage acting in 1997 and made his film debut with 'Waiting Girls' in 1999. 

Dirbaz is also a well-known television actor appearing in series such as 'Cold Fever' (2004), 'Paridokht' (2007), 'No Pain, No Gain' (2010), 'In the Eye of the Storm' (2010) and 'Michael' (2014).

He won the Crystal Simorgh for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for the movie 'Duel' (2003) at the 22nd Fajr International Film Festival.

Dirbaz has also appeared in a number of movies, including 'Naghmeh' (2002), 'Vertigo' (2006), 'The Outcasts' (2005), '14-Karat' (2008), 'The First Condition' (2009) and 'Ash and Snow' (2012).
